What this site is
Information about Max Kozlovsky’s advisory work and a way to reach him. Nothing on it is an offer to work together, and nothing on it is legal, tax, accounting, financial or investment advice. Paid work begins only under a separate written agreement signed by both sides, and this site says nothing about what that agreement contains.
No advisory relationship
Reading this site, texting Max, emailing him, sending the form or booking a time does not make him your advisor and does not create a professional, fiduciary or confidential relationship. Treat what you read here as general information and get your own advice before you act on it.
Results
The results described here are the owners’ own statements about their own companies, used with their permission, together with outcomes Max states from his own work with them. They describe what happened in one company at one time. They are not typical, they are not a prediction, and nothing here promises you the same outcome. Your market, your company and your own decisions determine your result.
Use of the site
You may read this site, link to it and share it. Please ask before republishing the words, photos or video. Do not use the site to break the law, to scrape it at a volume that degrades it, or to send anything harmful to it.
Your messages
When you text, call, email or send the form, you are starting a conversation with Max. That is all it is, and you can stop it at any time by saying so. Please leave out trade secrets, sensitive personal information and anything a third party told you in confidence. No method of sending information over the internet is completely secure. Contacting Max does not create an advisory engagement or a confidentiality agreement, and what you send is handled under the Privacy page. A signed non-disclosure agreement already in place stands on its own terms.
Text messages
Texting (210) 880-5690 starts a conversation with Max about the message you sent, and it is your agreement that he may answer that message by text, or by calling the number you texted from. Writing to him does not put you on a marketing list. Tell him to stop, or reply STOP, and the texting stops. Your carrier’s usual message and data rates may apply.
Third-party services
The calendar page, the podcast host, the video player, and the analytics tools are run by other companies under their own terms. Clear Projection LLC does not control them and is not responsible for what they do.

In plain words: the site is free information, it may contain a mistake or go offline, and nothing here says it is complete, current or right for your situation.
Limit on liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CLEAR PROJECTION LLC, MAX KOZLOVSKY AND ANYONE WORKING WITH THEM ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF THIS SITE OR ANYTHING ON IT, EVEN IF THE CLAIM IS BASED ON THEIR OWN NEGLIGENCE AND EVEN IF THEY WERE TOLD THOSE DAMAGES WERE POSSIBLE. THEIR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THIS SITE IS LIMITED TO ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100). This site is free and takes no payment, which is why that number is what it is. Governing law and courts
Texas law governs these terms and any dispute about this site, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any suit is brought in the state or federal courts sitting in Bexar County, Texas, as far as the law allows. Nothing here takes away a right under the law where you live that cannot be given up.
Changes to these terms
These terms can change. The version posted on this page is the one in effect from the day it is posted, and the date below is the date it took effect.
The rest of the fine print
If a court finds one line here unenforceable, that line is narrowed to what the law allows and everything else stands. These terms and the privacy page cover your use of this site. A separate written agreement controls its own subject matter.
